Shipping + Returns
At Wella’s we try to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will do our best to rectify the situation. You will have 7 days to return the product in the same condition as when you received it. Item must be unwashed & unused and in the same packaging as when you received it . Buyer is responsible for inspecting the product prior to washing & wearing.
Buyer will be responsible for return shipping. Wella’s will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or returned packaging. Please keep your tracking and insurance information for your records.
